I don't think you're giving credit to how much the human/civil rights and labor movements have contributed to the high standards of living in our society.  Humans need food, a safe healthy environment, and the chance to contribute to society in meaningful ways.  Unrestricted competition is not good for society, it is good for sociopaths.

when you buy pants you are party 1 and the store is party 2.  you agree to the obligation of paying for it by taking it out of the store and the store agrees you can take it out of the store if you pay.  in the simplest sense the receipt is the written agreement.  does this make sense?

so you're saying that I'm legally obligated to buy my pants from party 1 and
that as party 2 I cannot purchase from party 3,4, 5 or q? a receipt is proof
of purchase and not an agreement

Yes, I guess the ultimate challenge is too maintain a healthy competitive environment for individuals and businesses.

Profitability is a healthy part of the process, breaking even is a silly concept that has a short life span in the real world.

no i never said that to your sad little kitten face.  by making the purchase you enter a contract with the seller and your legal obligation is that IT IS YOUR PROPERTY TO TAKE WITH YOU.  when the fuck did i even talk about party 3,4,5, or q?  those parties don't exist in this basic example.  if you went to a new store it would still be party 1 and 2.  just a different party playing the role of 2.
fuck narrow minds and fuck people trying to start a fight where there doesn't need to be one.  i have never been this mad before behind my computer.  you definitely don't take the time to listen to the message you are giving to people... telling us that you don't mind the idea of children dying on the streets, and they can suffer and die as long as they don't have the money to pay up front for food.  PEOPLE LIKE YOU MAKE ME SICK.

not trolling... like laughing at people's posts, and openly telling them "aghaha, i can't take your posts seriously but THEY ARE MAKIN ME LAUGH! LOL~!"

:bored: when there are trolls, trolling becomes common.
