On a little paper that I sought
Was a cheery little smiley face
To let me drop out of the race
Another dimension, there's a thought!

Colors swirl, patterns form
Tunnels of reality bend, merging
Waves of consciousness surging
'Twould terrify someone of the norm

Visions I did see, a field of green
Purple trees of vibrant hues
Yes, I'm tripping, it's old news
Fantastic colors shine with ethereal sheen

Psychedelic mind, otherworldy sights
Wisdom from the stars and earth
A new me, my spirit giving birth
These experiences are our birthrights

stop sinking so low
peak your head out
get your self a good stout
drink it down taste so good
if you only would
forget about yesterday
and just fly away
every once in a while
pay attention to someone smile
have a good look
read a good book
or just lay still
so you can have your fill
and get the good out
from drinking that stout

in truth the ones we make
have been made by mistake
misunderstanding what it will take
throw your burdens aside, be light
see light, take flight for the ride
that will take you right to the side
of the knight in the night who lies and hides
who came right out of that crack in the sky
who caused the divide
who saw what was right
who broke the chains with all of his might
who chose to be alive
who knows your decisions are from his insight.

It's in our nature to judge, injustice.
Search inside your mind to find bliss.
Then turn it on and radiate that shiz.

but we can't forget our roots, we got ta maintain

and at the end of life can you say there is nothing left
Hopefully there is some sort of an afterlife or a guiding light
Maybe just rotting in the ground food for worms for there delight
that is ok by me as long as I don't get hurt or feel any pain
and what is sin anyway is it achieving all this fame

teaching change in life but mostly fears

but nobody made the connection
we all looked up into the sky
because we are sure its not a lie
How does this work anyway
just except what they have to say
that dying on a cross killed our sin
but still the evil lurks in hearts of men
why did you run away
disappear after 40 days
wouldn't it been better if you had stayed
and the hearts of men were better weighed
Many have died in your name
and some did not even want to play the game
Maybe the humans got it wrong
it seems when touched by them it don't take long
they got the words all mixed up
They spilled the holy cup
The catholic church there not right
somehow they missed the guiding light
how do I know
