meditation, trascendence, deep breathing exercises...
    #2397366 -

Was wondering if anyone knew of a good book to read about meditation, trascendence, deep breathing exercises or anything that deals with finding an inner peace...book that deals with like a how to or history of it...anything...and definitely is a good read...I HATE TO READ...and I've gotta read some book for health class so I figure this would be it...so any help would be key or any ideas that kind of deal with these topics that might be interesting...thanks...

Our quest for discovery fuels our creativity in all fields, not just science. If we reached the end of the line, the human spirit would shrivel and die. But I don't think we will ever stand still: we shall increase in complexity, if not in depth, and shall always be the center on an expanding horizon of possibilities.
