bumps on penis. help please.

so on the base of the circumference of my penis, mostly the underside though, i have had these little lumps, sometimes when i pop  them like a pimple, some thing that looks like a sesame seed comes out.


can it be moluscum contagium?

They're probably what's known as Fordyce Spots. A lot of guys have them and they're harmless.

I've had them for ages, just don't pop them I did that once and it sorta swelled up like when you keep irritating a pimple and it grows, they're completely harmless though and I know a lot of people with them.. I don't thi k girls would even notice unless they thoroughly inspect it

YES ITS NORMAL.

They are pores, just like on your face. Sweat builds up and hardens, that is what is coming out.

Sweat down there is different as it contains proteins, in addition to salts in normal sweat. Thats why you get the ball stench.

Just keep it washed, and shaving the area helps also.

Might just be "pearly penile papules" also harmless.

I've never heard nor had the problem op is describing unless it indeed is genital warts. If that's indeed what it is, I know of a cheap cure if you have no insurance. I can't say for sure what it is thou. Never heard of pimple like things with puss that aren't warts. I don't think you can pop warts like that anyhow and would probably be painful if it was. Make sure your cleaning yourself well Op. is there any smell?

Its an ingrown hair.

Take a pair of tweezers and dig inside that pimple (yes itll bleed a little and itll hurt a little, but nothing crazy)

You should pull out a hair almost 2 inches long.

Don't forget the peroxide

I had a bump and it felt like somethin about the size of a sesame seed was in it so I would mess with it and try to pop it like a pimple, it took several attempts but I got it and my dicks been fine ever since, basically.

I'm not saying repeat what I did though, just sharing my experience
