I want to convey my heartache to people caught up with this terrible tragedy.

I haven't read through the 4 pages of this thread, but as a member of this forum, I want to express my horror and shock to all of you.

I love America as a nation, but I think you have a lot of hard questions to answer. Maybe now is the time to question your policy about firearms. I don't know. All I know is that this tragedy really hurt me today. But I haven't made this post to make a point.

It just hurts that always in the run up to Christmas, there are tragedies. To me, in my country this hurt.

There is a crisis of mental health care out there, and it needs addressing. They cut back on services, but this needs to be addressed. This could have been stopped. This is a system failure.
