No duh hes playing with saints. He also kicked ass in SD but I guess you weren't a football fan back then. Doesn't change the fact the The AFC west has more Super Bowl wins everyone besides NFC East and AFC North.

You're talking about the present strength of the division. And you're siting players who are retired or don't play in the division anymore.

A team from the AFC West hasn't won a Super Bowl since the Elway and the Broncos, which was over a decade ago.

And they've only sent their division winner to playoffs over the past 6 seasons.

Compare that to the AFC North, who sent 3 teams to the playoffs last season, and 2 teams to the playoffs consistently since the 2008 season.

Or compare that to the NFC East, who sent either 2 or 3 teams to the playoffs almost every season for the past decade.

Or the AFC East, who sent more than one team to the playoffs in 2 of the past 3 seasons.

Or the NFC South, who have sent 2 teams to the playoffs in 3 of the past 4 seasons.

The AFC West, presently and in recent (last decade) history, is by far the weakest division in the American Football Conference.

Just like the NFC West is also by far the weakest division in the National Football Conference.

So mick is right, both western divisions are Cupcake Divisions.

okay thats like your opinion man. I am a homer but whatever ill stick with a team through the bad years. They were good enough to win 2 years in a row 98'99'. The Asouth and Nsouth have more losing culture than any conference. Look at last year for eample afc west had the 11 17 18 and 25 (before trades) compared to Asouth and 1 7 20 and 26.
I also doubt you following football in depth. Since you didnt even know Brees, Bailey, and Gates are still playing who are perennial pro bowlers and you still haven't said who you're team is. You just keep going on about how much mine sucks.

I was just arguing against you saying the AFC West is the strongest division in the conference. And saying they're not a cupcake division, which they totally are and have been for most of the past decade.

And the fact you were citing LT, Elway, who are retired. Brees who hasn't played in the AFC West in several seasons.

When I said "you listed a bunch of retired players" I meant LT, Elway, Dawkins. Obviously the other ones still play in the league.

But it was stupid to mention retired players and players who haven't been in the AFC West in many years as your reason why the CURRENT AFC west isn't a "cupcake division". Don't you see the lack of logic?

No because gates, peyton, and bailey are currently in the AFC West. Good thing my AFC west team which sucks so bad and is in such a pussy conference has whooped Pittsburgh's ass 2 times in the last year and yall lost to the worst team in the AFC West which the broncos beat by like 35 points or some shit. Have fun losing to the chargers and chiefs later this year.

I already said the steelers are the best team in football historically. Congratulations on being the fan of the best team ever.
