Fans of the New England Patriots had to be swallowing hard Monday when pictures of quarterback Tom Brady sporting a walking cast on his right foot surfaced.
A video taken of Brady in New York Sunday, which is available on TMZ.com, shows the NFL's MVP returning to girlfriend Gisele Bundchen's apartment. He's walking gingerly on the sidewalk after emerging from a black SUV parked on the street.
During his weekly appearance on WEEI's "Dennis and Callahan" show, Brady didn't dismiss the notion he had suffered some type of leg injury during Sunday's AFC Championship win. "Ah, you know, there's always bumps and bruises. I'll be ready for the Super Bowl," Brady said, when asked point-blank if he had a leg injury.

I got this in an email today and thought it was a little funny
______________________________________________________________
God asks Peyton Manning first: "What do you believe?"
Peyton thinks long and hard, looks God in the eye, and says, "I believe in hard work, and in staying true to family and friends. I believe in giving. I was lucky, but I always tried to do right by my fans."
God can't help but see the essential goodness of Manning, and offers him a seat to his left.
Then God turns to Tony Romo and says, "What do you believe?"
Tony says, "I believe passion, discipline, courage and honor are the fundamentals of life. I, too, have been lucky, but win or lose, I've always tried to be a true sportsman, both on and off the playing fields."
God is greatly moved by Tony's sincere eloquence, and he offers him a seat to his right.
Finally, God turns to Tom Brady: "And you, Tom, what do you believe?"
Tom replies, "I believe you're in my seat."

Brady's fine he went to a dance club w/o the boot on. Move along nothing to see here.
Also, I'm suprised we haven't learned the lesson of ignoring AaronEvil considering he's unable to provide a decent argument when it comes to sports.

what's even more funny is when he tries to tell other people they're not true sports fans.

There are always people like that. Like 2 days ago when someone said for SD to switch to the cover 2 from the 3-4, I replied why that probably wouldn't work well. You never see him bring that kind of discussion into a thread.

I just read today about the Nick Hardwick (I think) comments about the Pats and its bullshit. Seems like an excuse more than a complaint or a fact of that game. Makes me mad as a fan. I hope to God that Norv (I wish I was a great coach) Turner disciplines him for his comments and accusations.
On a side note, I said "IF" you were going to compare anyone to Ryan Leaf it should be Eli, not Rivers. Rivers talks shit and plays decent. Eli wouldnt even play for San Diego (like Ryan Leaf). Thats the comparison I would make IF any. I wouldnt compare either of them though. As a San Diego fan, born and raised here, I know what transpired with Ryan Leaf and it makes for a great joke once in a while, but I wouldnt honestly compare anyone to him.
After a lot of thought today, I will be cheering on the Giants in the big game. I did the math and I like more of their players than I do NE. Of course the only player I really dislike on either team is Eli Manning.

eli doesn't yell at people the way Philip Leaf does
He's more like, the dopey looking guy who just woke up out of bed to play football.
but you have to admit, Eli's been gaining his manhood this postseason.
Sure it's the NFC, but beating the #1 and #2 seeds in the NFL playoffs on the road is impressive no matter how you look at it.
Giants drafted HUGE this past year. Their rookies have been contributing all over the field. Aaron Ross is easily the best backfield defender on the team, and Steve Smith is catching nothing but 1st downs.
I think they have a better chance at beating the pats, than the eagles or the panthers did.

He is goofy looking. I think all the Mannings are though.
And I agree, he has shown that he has what it takes to be an NFL starting QB. I still dislike him and will continue to make "Unstoppable is Eli Manning," jokes.
I can see them winning if, and only if, weather is a factor. It seems like the Pats really struggle in weather. Is the arizona stadium a dome or open air?

Hey, thanks man. It's a good fucking movie. Fucking weird, and impossible to follow, but good nonetheless. Robert Loggia is awesome in that film.
