I think at this point there's a good equilibrium of good and bad bacteria and that washing myself would at this point destroy as much of the good stuff as the bad.

What you are experiencing is a symptom of major depression or some form of bipolar disorder (usually).  I personally have experienced this.  It's not so much that I feel an aversion towards water (like one sees in cases of Rabies infection), it's more that my whole psyche has become a psychological manifestation of the word "meh". 

The only advice I can give is to seek out psychiatric treatment and medication; if that doesn't work, the only other things that seem to help are love, family, fullfillment ... and if those things are unreachable or untenable or impossible ... it's all up to you.

I run into at least a person a day who smells like shit.  I never say a word; why would I?

personal hygiene is very important... shower in the morning and before sleep at night.

My room is as filthy as I am or worse, as is my car - I need a new job and more but none of those things I am moving on. It has gotten to the point where it affects my sex drive and I have only shown interest in taking one woman to bed in the last 3 or 4 years... I have been very depressed for a long time but I don't know how I feel about going on medication for it. I guess it might be a good idea at least to get me able to take care of myself and help myself :shrug:

Yeah before all this started getting so extreme I had stopped using deoderant and started showering between 2x a week and once every 2 weeks.
I think daily showers is more than people really need unless they exercise daily.

You need to get yourself in a "self improvement mood".  Its time to feel good about yourself in a constructive way.  Start with all of the little things that you've been putting off forever.  You will feel a lot better about yourself if you take 5 minutes and take a shower.  Then maybe clean up your room and get some new clothes or something.  It feels good to make improvements on yourself.
