LABOR DAY

So I went to Austin on Sunday for one night of partying. I go to a bar and brazenly ask the DJ if he knows where to get some coke as I was feeling pretty tired and wanted to stay up some more. I live in Dallas and the bar coke here is abysmal. I never spend more than 40 and I rarely do it, maybe once every 2 months or so.

So he tells me there is an after hours party that happens on the weekends usually and to follow him there. It is an old house/business building beside I-35 and there are some people taking "donations" to get in. I was immediately greeted with some guy saying "who;s dad are you? You look like someones dad". Talked to him bit while my friend went to scope out the scene.

He comes back and says he need s50 up front! I just looked at him him and said please don't skate on me, and I trust someone once again. He comes back fairly quickly and he has a nice fat gram. I open it and it smells very good, and then is is the soft clumpy stuff that does not burn and my face was numb!

SCORE! Some of the best coke I have had since 2005 and it came form a stranger at an after hours private party that I was the oldest person there. AUSTIN! He also told me MDMA is 10 bucks a point. I am going back in a couple of weeks to see how good that is. Anyway, I still have most of the gram. I only did about a quarter of it with him and went back to my hotel and slept anyway.

The party at the building was also a haven for the newest underground DJ's and there was some very interesting electronic music being played there.

My point was that I got some good deal (as far as drugs go) from a total stranger in another city in the same state. The city I live in it is easy to score but it is shit almost every time. I was twice the age of everyone I was around too, and I was looked at oddly. Only a couple of people said hi. Very strange to be older and want to party. The 20 somethings are wary of you because of the age you are. :shrug:

I'm happy to hear your Labor Day experience turned out well :thumbup: mine wasn't nearly as exciting but it turned out to be a pretty relaxing night, so I can't complain.  I don't always have to have something exciting to do to have a good time :awesome:

People from Texas are always so friendly, which is one reason why I'm considering moving there. The PNW is so beautiful, but everything is more expensive and the people here seem colder somehow.
