I dont know what kind of macrolepiota but they are good!! probably there are 2 species fruiting from different species of pine. one with blacker scales than the other with brown scales

Macrolepiota procera only occurs in Europe. There is a Mexican biologist working on Macrolepiota, but I don't know who it is. Else Vellinga might be interested in a dried sample.

I know it's iffy to wonder, but would M. procera be able to be introduced in the USA? Would be neat, but I also wouldn't want to upset any balance.
