Pressure Cooker

Ive never grew before. But im about to try. Do I understand this correctly. I need to mix my substrate and poke my innoc holes in the lid, screw lid and tape up holes. Then set my jars in 1 inch of water in the bottom of the pressure cooker and let it slowly heat to 15 psi. Once I get to 15 psi I leave on for 12 or so min? Then remove let cool, innoc and then in to the terri?.........Sorry for the newb ass question.........Thanks MOE.shrooms

you didnt say anything and the 1" verm layer at the top??? put an 1" ver layer at the top!!!! what kind of substrate grain are you using???
