just two rubbermaids with water in the blue one?
looks good, i was having trouble with my cakes siting in warm water (i.e. contamination and evaporation). now i know what to do thanks, going to K-mart now for a new rubbermaid container.

Yeah Klone, just water in the blue one. I've got an aqarium heater as you can see that keeps the water temp right at 90 degrees. And in the smaller container (where my jars are) the temp stays about 87. Make sure the container you get to put your jars in has a lid that hangs over the sides a bit so you can still drill air holes and not get water from condensation droplets in the jar container. I've got the bottom of the aquarium heater sitting in a shot glass so it don't burn my container.....that could be a little messy. Glad ya like it :smile:

hey nice, but if i may make a suggestion, you might want to try increasing the airflow.. they look like they have too much CO2 and not enough O2

Yeah, thats what someone told me the other day Dino. So I did it (fanned twice a day) and in two days alone they doubled in size and the caps grew tremendously. Thanks :smile:
