Driving while license suspended and on probation

Yep.. so I've been out of jail and on pre-trial probation for a little over a month. I've been going to chemical dependency meetings and probation trying to get all of my charges reduced from felonies to misdemeanors, but found out today after getting a cell phone ticket that my license has been suspended and got a ticket for unlicensed operation which is a misdemeanor. My car got towed but the cop didn't bring me to jail which kind of surprised me. I'm kind of wondering if I should just kill myself now or if there's a possibility that I won't spend the rest of my life in jail lol. I haven't talked to my attorney or po about it yet and am trying to get a hold of the stealthy bitches at the court that suspended my license, but I'm not really sure where I'm headed with this situation. Anyway, just thought I'd vent on here a tid bit.

My buddy got a cell phone ticket, while parked at a gas station, with his car running.

Cops here and fuckin' nerds with nothing better to do.

I guess if you're car is running, even in park, they have the right to give you a ticket.

Really, I know its possible but have never heard of someone getting one.
Anyway, be honest, if your capable. Alot of people like to say how stupid the judges and law and police are but theyre not. Honesty gets you far, and ultimately works out for you.

i have no idea, possibly prison time. My original offenses were counterfeiting and criminal possession of a stolen object in the 5th which are both felonies

got pretty bad into oxys which are like 100 a pill now and started making my own 20's. I had a bunch of stolen instruments like saxophones and guitars worth over 20 grand and when the cops searched my house for more they found the counterfeits laying out.

If it had been going on a while they mustve been decent fakes. At least decent enough to push off on to some dealer. Not a bad plan. If he gets caught with them, which he will eventually, he wont be able to explain where he got them.
You should probably delete that confession now though, or at least I would.

As a fellow probationer I would recommend calling your po immediately and telling him you got a ticket. He should already know though because the second they pull you over and run your name it shows up on their computer database or whatever, but your po wants you to call them anyways. Just be honest with him,they'll usually treat you better if you are.

Edit: just fyi it's a requirement to tell them you got a ticket and they could violate your probation if you don't so I would suggest doing that lol it sucks but hey

indeed. resume paper inkjet printer and hairspray. passes the marker test and will fool anyone unless they check for a watermark :tongue:

Ive never heard of pre-trial probation. You havent been found guilty or admitted guilt yet. If your not on probation yet you owe them nothing. Is your license suspended from a different charge? And theres no reason to kill yourself. So you do a little time? So what, who cares. Millions of other people have before you. Hope springs eternal.

i've known people to do this, risking their job and freedom driving around the company vehicle for the entire tenure of their probation. Of course their boss didn't know they lost their dl and if they were stopped they'd be doing 2 years 175 days backup time.

To make matters worse, some of these cats would still sell weed out of their vehicles. Glad I don't know abody that sketchy these days.
