This is really close to home for me. There is already this tension in OC because the police force here almost always seem to be violating civil liberties. If one or multiple police officers do not get prison for murdering this guy, then I will happily riot in the streets should it come to that.

As for the father, his true colors will show based on whether he decides to settle out for money, or pursue criminal charges against all the officers involved in the murder.




All that said, I do NOT hate cops. I know some really good ones, and some have helped me out Big in the past. but these fucks deserve to pinned on a wall for all to see, to remind the force that they are supposed to serve the public at all times.

Proves beyond a shadow of a doubt the dude was no threat to the cops whatsoever.

The one cop who instigated it is being charged with second degree murder and the second cop is being charged with involuntary manslaughter..
it looks like they are actually punishing the cops, how rare.... I hope they throw the fucking book at them.
They should all get the maximum penalty

Unfortunately they're only going after two of them. There were at least 6 in that video that could've save the mans life.

Listen to what Cicinelli says at 25:05 "I ran out of options so I got the end of my taser and I probably... I smashed his face to hell".

Hey look 3 massive cops beating a guy senseless on the pavement screaming help and for his dad... I think I'll kick him in the face and taser him 40 times.

All those cops involved should be in jail for a very long time

one of the saddest videos I've ever seen, and I had to stop at the 18 minute mark because maintenance men are over working on some stuff..

I don't know if I can finish it.. so sad.

A few comments:

At one point the main pig (who is probably a descendent of illegal aliens) says "Are you getting ready to sleep soon?"  how ominous..

When this same pig says "feet out in front of you" then "hands on your knees" and then starts playing this game.. why didn't he just say "Stand up, put your hands behind your head" problem solved.

They were looking for some action..
I'm so angry right now.

I hate when I see videos of cops saying "put your hands behind your back" when clearly they are laying on someone and pinning their arm to the ground so you cannot comply.. this gives them the go-ahead to keep beating you while screaming "STOP RESISTING" 

ugh.. I just want to die and leave this world.

Also, I noticed how the cops went into cover-up mode once they saw the pool of blood, that one cop kept repeating "He's on something.. he's on something" and then at the 28 minute mark another cop starts looking around for cameras.

I pray I would have been able to intervene, not sure I could have done much against armed thugs, but some things are worth dying over.. Afghanistan is not one of them.

So depressed right now.

I'm a combat veteran, and it does make me angry. I supposedly fought for liberty. This makes me a tad bit disillusioned.

A good follow up from the District Attorney who is prosecuting these turkeys.

Sorry if I'm a few months behind the powercurve, I never heard of this until today.

(But I heard of Kony and Zeitgeist :rolleyes: )
