They're annoying as shit. That's why. If I lived in Detroit, I might be more sympathetic. I KNOW FOR A FACT that there are jobs here. They can go fuck themselves.

There is a difference between beggars and real homeless people. A lot of beggars make more money than me. That is why I don't give to them.

i hate beggars because they piss all over the city. anytime i hop out of my vehicle in downtown it reeks of urine and shit

The beggars around here are generally just lazy hippies or addicts. There is so much free food given out in my city, nobody really goes hungry.

At my old city there wasn't hippie culture so the homeless were generally mentally ill and didn't really beg (whether they were in need or not...).

I had to look up who Mammon was but I think that's a pretty reasonable explanation for hatred of bums.
