Then that's an unfortunate choice of words; technologically advanced, sure. I agree. But previous civilizations were pretty technologically advanced too. Hence the pyramids. Comparing our advancement with that of previous civilizations is very tricky though. What would you say is more advanced: sending a man to the moon or building a period? I wouldn't know how to compare the two. See my point?

Yeah, but it's not a linear progression. Civilizations are created and destroyed all the time, so you can't really extrapolate the past few hundred years a couple of millennia into the past.


i have to say sending people into space period, let alone the moon is far more advanced than even the most advanced construction. i honestly don't even see how this is arguable. advanced rocket science > advanced construction its not exactly comparing apples to oranges

i'm not saying it's impossible that aliens built the pyramids, my argument is that ancient human civilizations were simply not more advanced than we are currently... the only way that is possible is if shroomism's theory is correct and human's were simply multidimensional long long ago because of some photon belt and had a completely different reality than what people have experienced in all recorded history

I find the absence of skepticism displayed in this thread irritating, don't even know where to begin(cept koraks), I like how you guys act all high and mighty too.  There is money to be made on selling fantastical stories and "love", but where's the proof?

...oh yeah, they're suppressing it because that is what 99% of scientists do, right?

The people who tried building a pyramid and failed obviously had some shitty architects or didn't have one at all. I can build one when I was 3 out of legos. Pareidolia people have a tendency to see faces in popcorn walls and whatever.

One of the interesting things here is the three rivers petroglyphs, which is possibly the largest assortment of rock art in the US.

They are not 'old' some dating puts them at between 900 and 1200 AD.  However there are some people who said there a few distinct examples that they believe to around 10,000BC......then they stopped.  And reappeared in 900.

Some examples of the art:  A picture of a 'monkey' or animal that has never existed here, even in the last 10,000 years.  Figures with odd looking glasses and helmets (spacesuits) , and many odd animals, and geometric figures.  One of the strangest is a dot, with 4 circular 'orbits' and the fifth is.....a circular orbit of dot, four unbroken circles ('orbits') and a fifth orbit of..... broken round objects....stones.  Maybe someone told a story about where they came from (Asteroid belt) since it is speculated as a destroyed planet in our solar system.  i.e Spot--sun, four orbits....mercury venus earth mars....fifth...asteroid belt.

It's interesting this is right at the foot of White Mountain Wilderness, an Apache Holy are that is considered 'supernatural' and has stories of 'visits by the Gods' etc.

Also, this is in the same desert area as the Roswell UFO incident happened, as well as many UFO sightings (one of the highest sighting areas in US) 

But getting back to the original topics, didn't they recently find large unexplained structures deep in one of the oceans or sea areas in the middle east?  I thought I heard that a few weeks ago on coast to coast AM. 

And those big glass pyramids shroomism was talking about--in the Bermuda Pyramid...  I believe there are seven areas on earth that are the same as the BP. 

The strangest story I read about the BP was about A plane that disappeared, so they sent out a pilot in a search plane--when he got near the area of disappearnce, he started calling in instrument problems and stuff, and the last thing he radioed to them was "I don't think you need to come looking for me....they look like they come from outer space.." He was never heard from again.  :awesomenod:

Do I believe that vague statement you made?  I dunno, looks natural to me, but I'd want a better photo before I jump to conclusions.

its plausible that they were not built, the pyramids don't like as well constructed as the egyptian pyramids but then again erosion is a bigger factor on mars just look at all the craters around the pyramids... the smaller pyramid in the black and white picture to the top right of biggest crater looks pretty perfect to not have been constructed...

i do believe its natural of course, because i believe life is natural. but as far as believing they were constructed on mars or not i chose apathy, i simply don't have any proof at all to say i believe it or not as far as i know the pictures are not even pictures of mars i could have made that in my sand box when i was 5 years old and taken some shitty pictures of them lol

I think both pyramids of Egypt and Mexico had some similar features, and similar art/scripts/ have been discovered, as well as those little 'toy airplanes' which have proven to be actual, highly aerodynamic models of gliders or airplanes.

The bigger question is why was there a point on earth that something happened and miraculously civilization appeared?    But the record shows--prehistoric man for millions of years.....then suddenly....fairly modern civilizations mysteriouosly springing out of nowhere with traces of very advanced techonologies, but little proof, and these modern cultures have religious stories that stretch the credibility of skeptics, but point out things that seem to be extremely advanced technologies, wars, disatrous events, etc, that happened somewhere between 5,000 and 20,000 years ago with little evidence left--BUT THERE IS SOME EVIDENCE.

I want to know what the fuck happened... :mad2:
