So.. I think I solved stone henge * 1
    #16095755 -

Hey folks. I've created a pretty solid theory on how Stonehenge was created.

I'll lay it out for you all.

1. A dirt compacted hill was constructed with very mild inclines.

2. Large holes were dug into the hill, to fit the size of the vertical pillars

3. Pillars were rolled up and dropped into the holes

4. Vertical pillars were rolled up and put on top

5. Hill was dug out

That's all.

Good theory, but how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop?

Pretty sure it was aliens, OP.

What a fascinating theory, you really should publish it.

i came up with this theory over ten years ago. i also believe this explains silbury hill as the mound soil that they moved around to build stonehenge and other nearby megaliths.

Stone henge is mostly just a 'mystery' because there is more publicity towards it being aliens than the publicity around practical, real world examples of people doing it. Here's a video that shows exactly how it can be done rather easily.

Same with the pyramids, there's more publicity towards it being a mystery how they were built, how it must have been aliens, or an advanced civilization with anti-gravity guns that had to of built it, when there are practical real world examples all over the place. People like to dream.

Same method as in the video I posted. Once in the ground, carve the faces out of the stone.

I agree with you on Stone Henge but not the Great Pyramids of Giza.

Even with our "advanced sciences" and industrialization today we would not be able to recreate them with such precision or even close. There are no other real world examples.

Have you ever actually studied the Pyramids and the vast amount of mathematics and science that are involved as well as celestial alignments and sacred geometry? When you take a good deep look into it, it boggles the mind.
Not to mention the 10-100 ton stone blocks are all cut and fit together with laser precision, in a time period where bronze tools were the best they had.
There is a hundred different variables involved in the Pyramids that for good reason it remains a mystery today how they were actually built.

I'm sure they could see the digging in soil traces like layers of sedimentary rock or something that shows it was touched. I think the pyramids were probably built using forms of ramps and ropes and what not. Lots and lots of man power. Or Aliens

I can't say I have read too much into the precision aspects of it, so you have me there. However I have read up on ways that the heavy stones could be moved around. As for the moving of heavy objects, I think it's certainly possible to move all that stone so long as you have the work force and the tools to do so.

I haven't read too much into the precision part, though I've heard people say that before. What exactly about the pyramids makes them more precise than anything we can recreate today?

Wow I didn't see post above. 100 tons? I know the geometry is obviously insane and believe it aligns with stars in ways. Maybe the lights they claimed they followed, three wiseman. Heard the Jews were probably never in Egypt and the people building it were treated well. Also fed and given copious amounts of beer. But yeah aliens is just as plausible. Its funny how people say your nuts if you believe in aliens. Wouldn't got be an alien? It sounds a lot more plausible then the bible... that was written over hundreds of years..

Maybe they Built the stones. I got that after thinking about a 100 ton things for a pyramid. What is the weight on the stonehenge rocks? And the one on top of the pillars.

damn. that vid was fairly legit PatrickKn. even if that method or some other similar type of process does account for how the stonehenge/easter island statues were made, it still doesn't explain the pyramids and mayan temples! thats really mind blown material.

what i woudl like to know is where they managed to acquire all of the rock/stone material to even cut the blocks out of. it's almost like moving a mountain. and as you guys said before also, how they managed to cut the rocks with such precision. possibly they could have just got similar sized boulders and just chipped them down to size and finished them off with some sort of smoothing/filing tool or something. but still, the logistics involved in all of that is astounding.

i've said this before, but these were people whose cities were carved from stone. they were obviously master stone workers, and there are plenty of examples that we can replicate. why do we think we know everything about cutting and shaping stone? i work as a lapidary, and the tools we have today for cutting stone are complete shit really. they need constant maintenance to cut straight lines, and we're constantly coming up with new innovative ideas for more effecient and precise cutting. who's to say they didn't know or have the determination that we don't.

Nah, we could definitely build the pyramids. It wouldn't actually be too challenging; the biggest problem would be to get a budget and workforce together. But I've seen enough in industry to know for a fact that in terms of things like precision and alignment, the pyramids wouldn't a big deal to build today. Still very costly, but not the unique, technical feat that they were 3000 years ago.

Of course, it's still mind boggling that those ancient Egyptions pulled it off with technology that would probably be as alien to us as truly alien technology...there's a bit of 'ancient aliens' to it after all!
