ive had long hair on and off for 10 years or so ... this last time ive left it for about 3 years and its got pretty long.
I definately feel better with it like this , its fun when your tripping , feels good when yr dancing and always class when ppl run their fingers thru it ... and it keeps my ears warm too :wink:
i bought some dread wax and as soon as i can be bothered im gonna dread it ... alwaaays wanted dreadies since i was really ickle and figured it was about time i did something about it :smile:

any dread advice from those who did their own? :smile: like easy ways of making sure ya dont screw it up :wink:

I (mostly) always crimp my hair before a trip and then brush it out, it's huge, light and fluffy! It feels sooo neat...

i think its hilarious when rednecks look at me.. :smile: i definetly got more attention from girls with short hair. i live in a ghetto school so me and my buddy are the only ones with long hair and listen to good music. we both stand out quite a bit. But i wouldnt cut my hair just to fit in or get more attention from the girls. ITS THE POINT GODDAMMIT!! .im 17 and my hairs past my shoulders, ive been growin it for a couple of years now. in a couple of weeks im gonna dread it though.

well, i cut it more for the world of oppurtunities that open up for you when you have presentable hair. i can't emphasize enough how bad i looked. long as wild hair, thick ass facial hair, and tan lined around every spot imaginable. i coulda probably passed for that robert rudolph guy!

I had a buzz cut (like 1/4 inch all over) a year ago, but I grew it out, and now it's pretty damn long-probably 7 in all around. I love it!! Much better than before.
