What's everyone having for lunch?

What's everyone having for lunch?

I just made two delicious vegan burrito's; they were outstanding, and with the way I eat along with just simply quality I usually always prefer my own cooking to going out to eat, but I topped myself even again - these burrito's were slammin'!!!

Took less than 20mins to prepare/cook; here's the quick recipe:

Wheat & gluten free Brown rice tortilla's

Flax seed Tempeh

Blue oyster mushroom's

A portabella shroom cap

Sweet Onion

Several cloves of Garlic

If you feel like making brown rice add that too(I already had some leftover in the fridge)

Bearitto's refried beans or you can use real Pinto beans(I like the refried on these myself)

An Avocado

A Lime

Some alfalfa & broccoli sprouts

Spring greens or lettuce, additionally fresh Cilantro goes amazingly if you have some.

Some mexican goat cheese(but use whatever your fav kind is).

*Also feel free to use some pepper's and tomatoes, I just haven't been eating nightshades recently*

Cooking:

Chop up your tempeh, mushrooms, onion, and garlic and saute in olive & coconut oil on med. low heat. Add some himalayan sea salt and black/cayanne pepper and a little lemon juice if you have it.

Then throw in your beans & rice and heat them up in the same pan once everything is pretty much cooked.

Have some fresh onion's diced up, avocado sliced up, and all your sprouts & veggies washed while it is cooking.

Warm wraps in toaster oven, or whatever you have, to soften them and prevent them from cracking.

Thats it! Throw the cooked stuff on the bottom, then your avocado, cheese, and veggies - squirt some lime juice on it - Fold - Then Down the Hatch.

Enjoy : )

I have been on a serious cheeseburger kick lately. I haven't had lunch yet and it's already four here but I'm thinking about making something now. It'll probably just wind up being a cheeseburger again,  haha.

Turkey and swiss on white with spinach, tomato and spicy mustard. From the house not subway, it was so damn good I'll probably have the same for dinner but with chicken, pickled jalapenos and some fries.

Fuck, i'm stuffed.
Just had the best lunch ever with my pops at this Brazilian grill.

Rotiserrie meats brought to our plates: seasoned sirloin, lamb, pork, chicken, even BACON-wrapped turkey. Fuck yeah.
And they had bomb banana bites for an appetizer.

Had a good talk with the old man..told me how proud he was of me for supporting myself and succeeding at work less than a year of getting out of jail.
Feels good, man.:feelsgoodman:
