That's one of the reasons I'm super picky about where I eat indian food, and chinese food especially. I've gone to places where the chicken is just fried fat gobulets with a hint of chicken in there somewhere. It's fucking disgusting.

Incidentally the "tikka" dishes use all white breast meat that's oven baked (tandoori), I think.
