easiest way to reformatting your drive?

i want to do a fresh OS install and get rid of Ubuntu. what is the best way of doing this? my biggest concern is all the personal crap i have on here.

if you're installing windows, use fdisk. it'll load when the computer boots from CD

i have windows 7. i kinda just wanted to reformat to have a fresh install. my pc has collected a ton of random junk...

run fdisk, delete all partitions or at least the primary partition and reinstall what ever os you want

only thing im having trouble with is figuring out how to back up all my pictures and music. the movies wont be a problem and all the programs are torrents...

Just delete all existing partitions from within the Win7 installer and let Win7 repartition the drive as it proposes.

usb stick/drive or burn to dvd. It's not rocket science :shrug:

i cant find my bigger usb. i know i can use the drive or the dvd, but this takes ages...

i was hoping for a random site that would let me store my shit while i fuck with the fresh install.

write down the URL and then download after a reinstall

dropbox.com is some cool shit! 10.00 and i got 50 gigs of space and it took no time at all. now i need to locate all my hardware cds and my windows 7 dvd. im so cited!!!
