any jugglers out there, i keep clapping my balls

so it has come the ime in my juggling journey to learn mills mess.....
as steve mills explains its just a reverse cascade and you throw one ball uner your arm then alternate

i have the trick figured out and can do a full rotation, but.....

after that full rotation instead of carrying on with the reverse cascade i un willingly switch to a cascade and the the "mess" turns tidy!

any suggestions on mills mess, how tos, and staying in the correct rotation:typing:

tutorial with slow mo.  I'm a seasoned juggler and damn that looks hard, i've used the under arm throw here and there but never in an alternating pattern.

mills mess is the foundations for the craziest tricks ever lol

its just i cant stop reversing my reverse cascade:zombie3:
