Thats messed up that they would even consider giving him parole. People who kill people like that shouldn't just be released like that, its an insult to justice.

I don't think someone who cut someone's head off deserves a second chance.  Correct me if I'm wrong.

But seriously what's the point in keeping someone locked up for 18 years if they're never even getting a chance to prove they've been rehabilitated? He was clearly in a state of drug induced madness at the time, hopefully he has been able to heal himself and re integrate into society. That would be awesome.

They were going to execute him but he got lucky and escaped the death penalty, so why reward him for escapeing the death penalty by releaseing him.

He probably wont get parole. and if he does and kills someone again the parole board will look really bad

joran van der sloot was given the benefit of the dought after he murdered natalee holloway and wasnt thrown in prison, so he decided to murder a 2nd girl because they didn't learn their lesson and wouldnt keep him in prison like they were suppose too.

He blew it then, probably not getting a 3rd chance. There's also stories of people getting out and becoming successful contributors to society, hopefully this will be one of those cases.

Yeah that's true he was high on drugs.  But still that doesn't make it any less bad.

I did google the story and wind up here. And I am a loved one and I am trying to keep her real and warn people what some men are capable of. Im just saying some people don't realize that behind the scene is a real family grieving and a real woman that was brutally murdered. Just wanted you all to see who she really was.

My Name is Eleanor Caputo. Google me. It is real and Debbie was my best friend. Thank you for your condolences. Just want to keep her real and keep her murderer from getting out this July. People think if it is on a TV show or Radio, it could be fake. but it is sadly not fake. Debra Lynn Eberle was real and we all miss her. Her sister Stephanie is who started the Cause that someone else posted here. Thanks to anyone that empathizes. To the guy that called me weird, I think the guy who took acid and killed Debbie would be the weird one.

Look, I party like anyone else. I didn't mean to freak you all out. It is quite a coincidence that I DID find this post not long after it was posted. I found that weird too. I didn't even know the recording was on Youtube. It is the anniversary of her death yesterday and it is VERY weird someone posted this then. Just remember there are real people behind this situation and someone really died because of domestic violence and drugs.

Debbie is not the only one he hurt. He had to leave his home town after almost killing another girl. and I believe another was never found. He will never get better. He was supposed to get the death penalty but because he plead guilty he was reprieved. he should not get out. There is no remorse in this pig at all. I have done drugs many times and I never wanted to kill anyone or cut anyone's head off. drugs is no excuse.

Yeah, in the interview he sounded like he had already adapted to the criminal lifestyle that the prison system offers. I agree he should be locked up for life. What do you think the chances of him getting out are?
