I guess I'm a lucky one... A rarely get a hangover, although i am a bit today, but its most likely from tweekin all day n night n drinking all night n not sleeping yet...

Still managed to clean the house though haha, gonna try n rest now... Popped 30mg of hydrocodone and 40mg of memantine:) should feel awesome in a hour

Throw in some greasy breakfast and drink beer than water than beer and water..... repeat as necessary.

I drank a half 1/5 of jack last night on an empty stomach. Finally getting over nausea I've had all day. I ate a banana, half tuna sandwich and frozen pot pie. I've ate very little today and rested all day. No medication either.

Why drink water between drinks?  Beer is already 95%+ water.  Liquors are usually 40% alcohol, what do you think makes up the remainder?

Drink the water after you're done drinking the alcohol.  I don't see the point otherwise, it just dilutes the alcohol in your stomach.

If I feel shitty enough to call myself "hungover" I usually can't stomach any food.
I don't get how people can eat a greasy breakfast the day after.

Alcohol seriously fucks my stomach up though.

Even if drinks have a lot of water in them, the fact is that ethanol is pretty damn good at causing dehydration- it causes a reduction of water mass in the brain cells, and also usually makes you pee way more.

You need to drink a LOT more water than an average drink has in it too keep hydrated if you're drinking heavily, because your body uses it up much faster.


The nausea is a different thing in itself though, that's just because ethanol is toxic and your stomach lining is sure as shit not happy to be meeting it.

Also ended up smoking a ridiculous amount of cigarettes last night after not smoking for over a week. My brain wants to murder me and everything.

Well IBS is a rather broad spetrum of symptoms.
One of my symptoms is experiencing hunger as nausea. Cannabis does the trick great, but I'd prefer to not need assistance in maintaining an appetite.
