So you ate a big cocktail of vitamins and drugs to ease a hangover?

Seems like a lot of work...

I drink water and eat food like I do everyday and it works!

This morning, I went into maximum hangover protection mode.

Cooked two eggs - Choline and cystine, very effective hangover cure.
Ate a B vitamin pill - Maximum B vitamins! Alcohol kills your B vitamin supply.
Ate a zinc pill - Good for the liver, important to a lot of enzymes, helps.
Smoked some weed - Duh...

Pepto - Soothes and coats the stomach.

How's everyone doing with their hangovers or lack thereof?

me personally i have 3 main rules,


lots of fluids,
rest/good nights sleep
and eat a good greasy protein filled meal


and other then that just wait it out i guess


these supplements you mentioned sound interesting though, i might read up more on them actually :thumbup:

Avoid bad food, drink some water in between drinks if you drink a lot, rest, get a good meal the next day.

Might do some minor exercise too. Walk, light jog, etc.

Drinking water during the nights that you drink heavily enough to give yourself a hangover the next day is how. I normally just drink a couple beers and call it good but if I'm actually aiming at getting drunk I'll normally add in some water after a few beers to help with the dehydration.

If I'm coherant enough, a 12-20oz cup of water and some headache pills before bed usually do the tri k for me.

I'm on a drug hangover though, so these tips must not apply.

Isn't pain killers and alcohol a big nono? I'm pretty sure I know a kid who died in his sleep from binge drinking and then taking some headache medicine before sleep. Idk if it killed him or if he choked on his own vomit, but I know that he isn't alive and that's the story I heard.

I'm pretty hung over.. not gonna lie.

My cure, which i'm hoping will work, consists of copious amounts of water, a bowl of herb, and the fat breakfast burrito that i just made and ate.

I'm laying in bed watching the packers...id love to be in the living room, but this is just too comfy.

Plus I don't have the ambition to move too far.

I don't feel too shitty, but certainly not even 70%....I think my pupils are still dialated :facepalm:
