Pedicularis densiflora?

I am getting some seeds of Pedicularis densiflora soon and i cant find any info and how to germinate these and grow the plant, help?

You're aware that this plant is a partial parasite of other plants? Apparently they can survive without a host but will attach to one if given the opportunity.

Notes I have say: "Difficult in cultivation. Sow it where it is to grow . Prefers moist, well drained peaty soil and a host grass, in a part shaded to sunny position."

I also have heard that its a parasite but does grow by itself aswell

Usually grasses or sedges make good host plants.

Try Blue Gama (Bouteloua gracilis), common oak sedge (Carex pensylvanica) or Little Bluestem (Schizachyrium scoparium).

I'm not totally sure. I think little bluestem you just need to keep the seeds in the fridge right in the packet and then germinate in hot temps.
