LOL, doubt the people of my area where no mushrooms grow at all are uniquely tolerant to psilocybin. Unless you are referring to tolerance of prices.

This dude just wanted to brag about how cheap he pays. Everything around here goes for 25-40 an eighth.

Where I live they are 5$ a gram and NO mushrooms grow wild here at all. RH is 10% or less year round pretty much. However, I do live close to the Mexican border. Do you guys think that has anything to do with it?

Exactly, mushrooms don't grow wild here so the prices should be higher instead of lower than who I quoted. It's all up-in-the-air though since I don't know anything about the situation that creates the prices he is claiming. I'm trying to figure out why the prices around where he is are so high while the prices where I'm at are so low.

Prices will and always will be depending on the person you know.


I know a guy who knows a guy who knows another guy's brother who knows this dude who can get LSD, but it's 15 dollars a hit.

So I have a similar situation to the OP:
I picked up ~30 hits of acid from a guy I know in town, just trying to get some to distribute around to my friends and maybe a few acquaintances. They were about $7.5 so I've been selling for $9-10. I've taken acid from this guy before with friends and we all tripped balls (off of between 2-3 hits each). He says this batch is the same stuff (liquid, which he then dropped on sweet tarts for me) which looks the same under blacklight and is from the same guy, so presumably it's good.

However, one guy took his today with two friends and told me it didn't do anything for any of them (they each took one). At first (about 2 hours after he took it) he was texting me, really mad and cursing and demanding a refund like the OP's people. I told him to chill out and I'd talk to him tomorrow. I ran into him about 3 hours later in person, he'd calmed down a bit and apologized and asked if I could get a refund from the guy but was still pretty agitated about "not tripping". I told him that's not really the way the black market works, and he seemed understanding but wanted to blacklist the guy and have me tell no one to buy from him again. Now, he is mostly just an overreacting loud mouth freshman who doesn't know anything about acid, but this does worry me.

When I ran into him however, his face was flushed red (much like I've noticed mine becomes when I trip acid) and he was acting agitated and anxious, as if on an upper (but I know he wasn't on anything else) and told me he took another hit about two hours after the first. And my friend who was with me was convinced he was feeling something but just didn't understand the subjective effects. Thoughts? I'm mostly worried that my other friends and I will take this acid and find that it's bunk, but it seems likely also that this kid just doesn't realize you usually don't get visuals and such from just one hit, given my history with this particular dealer.
