Phalaris growing from seed??

anyone know about growing this from seed I cant find much info
I was just going to use reg soil and water as I dont have much cash at present

I'm pretty sure it grows as easily as normal grass. Just sprinkle the seeds down on top of some soil, put a small layer of soil on top of that and water. No complex setup/soil is needed. Don't expect to get a significant amount of alkaloids from phalaris though. If you're trying to get DMT, I suggest buying some mimosa hostilis rootbark.

I grew phalaris grass back in the early 90's when there was a big hope that this could be THE dmt/companion plant.. It grows like wild grass, easy.. I grew it for a few years while in college and found that DMT levels in the grass was a hit or miss thing. more miss then hit.

Your best bet for home DMT cultivation comes in the plant psychotria viridis and it's only for the advanced horticulturalist. It has a 6 month germenation time from seed and needs a tropical enviroment. But once you get 8-10 plants established you will have a quality supply of material for Ayahuasca.

Now there are better plants for DMT but they take forever to grow.. just buy dry plant material.
