Upside down pushups? Pushups? 1 handed pushups? Hand stands? Uhm.... curl some heavy thing you can find?

Lol. It's funny because you made a thread 2 months ago "How to widen my biceps"

I think you are obsessed with them

You have a good memory, but I have asked very many questions concerning exercise in general here.  Only two concerning my biceps...

Just do full body exercises... or use youtube if you're incapable of using your brain a bit to figure something out.

You couldn't say that without the subtle, snobbish condescending tone?  Either way I'm looking for isolation but I figured it out...

Pushups can most certainly work out the biceps. They may not be the main focus but every muscle gets hit along the line gets hit, the main focus is pectorals, anterior deltoids and triceps. Muscles work together though, so there is no way of using your forearms and tris without hitting the biceps, it just isn't gonna happen.

He said he didn't have a pull up bar, and you're telling him to do pull ups... derp.

derp derp yourself.  I said that he should find a playground and use the monkey bars.

...and if push-ups work your biceps, then so does beer drinking -- read: a teeny tiny little bit.  Maybe if you're off balance they stabilize a little bit, but nothing more. I just did a one-handed pushup with my left hand on the bicep of my right (weight-bearing) arm.  It was totally slack the entire time.  You try this little experiment and then tell me that you seriously think push ups do much of anything for your biceps.

The only thing that creates tension in bicep muscles is the elbow joint closing, this doesn't happen at all during pushups.  During a pushup, shoulder joints close in toward the chest, and elbow joints open up, the main and supportive focus are only in the three muscles you mentioned.  If there's any tension in your biceps during pushups, it's just wasted energy.  0 actual muscle work in the Physics sense.
