I can't believe Pittsburgh won

Seriously, I never expected them to beat New England, or even do so that convincingly.


Brady has always owned Pitt's defense.  It seems like they made the right adjustments finally, going man coverage instead of zone.


I'm amazed how much they shut down Welker.  That in itself was a tremendous feat by Ike Taylor.


On top of that, Keenan Lewis finally put in a strong performance.  I've been rooting for him to do well since he was drafted.  It looks like he's doing his homework more, seemed to play a strong roll in man coverage.



I just hope this isn't a fluke.  Woodley getting hurt is concerning, but the backups at outside linebacker are still very capable.  Jason Worilds shows alot of promise.  In the breif playing time he's gotten he's done well.



It was such an unexpected win.  Against what I see as the best team in the AFC.

Battle for the AFC North is going to be interesting. Bengals and Ravens both right there with Steelers

Next week is quite the showdown.  Ravens-Steelers for #1 in the AFC North.

If anything, I was surprised how bad Patriot's D was.


I mean just last year they sent two DB's to the pro bowl.  They have guys like Wilfork, Mayo, Jenkins...


It's a headscratcher for their D being this bad.

There are a lot of schedules that are weird like that.  The Jets play the Pats for the second time next week already.  The Rams haven't played one divisional game yet.  The Chiefs and Chargers have already played twice.
