there are multiple ways in which diuretics cause excess pissing.

i cant find out which of the ways alcohol does it, but i highly doubt its because it causes your kidneys to have a sodium imbalance.

my college professors claim(ed) a sodium imbalance.
Can't argue since salty, fatty foods seem to erase hangovers anecdotally.

i found out how it does it.

alcohol inhibits the effects of ADH (anti diuretic hormone)

anti diuretic hormone works by increasing water permeability of the distal tubes in the kidney. in other words it makes the kidney reabsorb water easier. (it does this by increasing aquaporins in the cell membrane, not by altering salute concentrations)

when antidiruetic hormone doesnt work, it makes the kidney unable to absorb as much of the water it has filtered... which makes you piss it out.

it has nothing to do with salt concentration.

i completely quit eating ground anything about 2 months ago. i got a chicken nugget that had some kind of nasty ass organ and bone in it. it was the grossest thing i have ever bitten into. they literally put all sorts of nasty shit, sick and decomposing animals, and filler into the ground stuff.  the mass food producers pretty much regulate themselves and dont give a shit what their giving to people. it reminds me of buying coke. steaks and chicken breast arnt much better but atleast its one cow or one chicken in each serving. my advice would be to find a local butcher to buy your meats and who knows you may even be treated like a human being when your buying it.
