hellhole is just the nature of that area or something. nothing can fix that place.

though i will admit i had some damn good pie from philly once. i was driving down the road and some homeless guy sold it to me. it was in sealed plastic wrap though so i trusted it. im just curious where he stole it from, because i would like some more.

that story is 100% true. i told my step sister after i bought it and she was shocked. she asked if i was worried at all that he could have drugged it. i was like "who the fuck would spend good money on drugs, put them in a pie, and then sell that pie to me for a few dollars"

Does he say all 50-100 were black ppl? It seems like this was addressed towards african-american youth and so maybe they will just set the curfews on them then

No one "needs" someone else shoving a gun in their face and telling them to get back in the house because it's against the rules to be outside.

Also, this legislation only covers Center City and University City, unarguably the most heavily policed areas of Philly anyway.


This is reactionary bullshit.  So a couple groups of kids aged 8-15ish are mobbing throughout the city every weekend.  They break some shit and fuck some people up.

OH I KNOW, lets not find this assailants and prosecute them, lets just MAKE IT ILLEGAL FOR PEOPLE TO BE OUTSIDE.
