would it be possible for a citizen to arrest a police officer? I dont know much about the law but I've heard of citizen's arrest. What is citizen's arrest?

Citizens arrest is any arrest made by someone who isn't a sworn leo. Currently, a citizens arrest can occur on any felony committed in the us with the exception of north carolina.

yeah, GL with taht.  obviously the department would just say they were acting in the course of their usual business.  your attempting to arrest them would have been an Obstruction of Justice.

Brea Police murdered this guy last year, I vaguely knew him. Fullerton and Brea are neighboring counties so this story is somewhat relevant.
No arrests have been made, the officer that murdered Julian is still on the streets.

Seriously. Why are any of those police officers alive still? Someone should have brought them justice. If someone shot my wife or one of my kids like that EVERYONE involved would be dead.

This shit is seriously getting out of control. Cops everywhere killing unarmed innocent people.

Here's another recent one, where UTAH SWAT kill a guy wielding a golf club as they break into his house late at night.
His roommate was wanted for drugs. They had a search warrant. They actually found the roommate at a bar earlier, and he was already arrested and in jail. But they decided to run an armed raid anyway. This is what happened, they just shot his innocent roommate to death. Notice how they shoot him in the head and chest 3 times first, and then say "get on the ground" as he's dead and laying on the ground:

He wasn't on top of anyone. He tried to run, they tackled him to the ground...
They then proceeded to taze the fuck out of him, beat him with the butts of the tazer, kneeing and kicking him in the face.. 5 cops stood on top of him and took turns pummeling the shit out him for a good 5 minutes as he was screaming for help and people just stood and watched. It's really fucking sad. The guy was completely harmless.

Yes but they thought he had methamphetamine and methamphetamine ruins lives and hurts children mmmkay. It was totally justified to take away his right to think, feel, smile, laugh and love.
