i think 99% of christians completely miss the whole point of what jesus was about, they are more obsessed with his 'death' for their sins and not going to hell, obeying their masters cuz the law of the church and the establishment is the determining factor of right and wrong and they dont wanna go to hell :rolleyes::ganja:

People who take the Bible as 100% literal and 0% metaphorical are complete fools. I can't believe grown adults actually have this argument and that it gets televised. Somebody told me a while ago that fundamentalists suffer from a brain disorder that prohibits them from comprehending the idea of metaphor, that a text could communicate something other than its literal meaning. I think that person was right, because it's the only explanation for why this infantile argument even exists.

As for the existence of Jesus, I'd really like to see the evidence he insists exists. Do you have access to it, ABF?

I think christians who turn literal descriptions into metaphors are fools.  Fools for twisting their belief rather than abandoning it as they should.  A day is a day, its not a million years - its not a billion years.

let's not forget the texts that make up the modern bible werent originally written in english, jesus didnt speak english, if you believe it hasnt been changed and is the 'word of god' you are a fool, in the old testament when it says the sons of God interbred with the daughters of men it says that in the ENGLISH version, the original version says 'sons of the gods'
