Vietnamese food is better because everything is fresher and better for you as opposed to Chinese. So much of the stuff on a Chinese menu is soaked down with sauces that by the the time it gets to the table it's already soggy.

I mean I can eat it, and high -- sure I'd kill the fuck out of some Chinese. But I'm pretty sure I have never come off a Chinese meal with my body feeling good.

Every time I eat it I come away with the feeling that my body hates me for putting all that MSG/grease into it.

most chinese places you see dont really serve chinese food but rather americanese, its all nasty sugar/MSG sauce covered in fried protein. Its all about $.

But I did have a veggie burger tonight with hummus, guacamole, avocado, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, mushrooms and thai chili sauce.

No mustard though.

I always feel amazing after an immensely spicy meal.  And my body loves all the calories it can get.  It loves the fat.  My cholesterol is actually below normal, so fat doesn't hurt, it helps.

Most Chinese restaurants are horrible, use the same menu, cook with lard and msg, etc.

The only GOOD Chinese restaurant Ive eaten at ironically was owned by a man from Taiwan who had a white staff and was in bumfuck Montana.

The Chinese are infamous for being hustlers and using sub-par ingredients/materials/etc,
