I'm having a bitch of a time with one casing of Orissas. I had a nice, even pinset, and they grew to about 1 1/2 to 2 inches and all stopped, I'd normally think it has something to do with the casing or the fruiting conditions, but I've got a T3 casing in the same terrarium, with the same casing material, and it did fine.

But about how long it will take to pin, I did notice that it took somewhat longer than the T3, but only by a couple of days.

This is my first attempt at this strain and so far I'm a little discouraged.  But I still got a small container of poo spawned with birdseed colonized with Orissa, and I'm hoping that will give me some good ones, I got my first flush starting to pin, and now that I think about it, it has been about a week and a half to two weeks since I put it in the fruiting container.  Damn this strain is slow. :smirk:

I'm attempting India Orissa for the first time myself and it seems to be colonizing quite quickly and my jars are nearly 100% I just hope it doesn't take as long as you said to induce pinning cos I want these babies ready for New Years Eve !
