"Pig Hunt" was amusing, it even has Les Claypool play a crazy preacher.

I can't really think of any new ones. "Drag Me to Hell" wasn't bad. nothing really great either.

I am kind of stuck in older horror flick, which I am sure you have sen most of them or just the cheesy fun ones, nothing really scary.

I do agree, all these Saw and whatever else similar movies that are just gore/torture fests are just boring. I am still waiting for a "28 ***** later" movie, I loved the first two considering how new they where.

Here is something my friend is working on, http://thenightcrewpodcast.blogspot.com/ .He(Mars Homeworld) does the movie score for movies and has a part in the posdcast. But it is mailny some horror movie fanatics(fangoria editors and similar nuts) that talk about new stuff. And yeah there is a lot of crazy some coming from Asia. A bit of a warning on that, the first few are a little rough around the edges, but it does get better production wise.
