Yup it's Guinea Pig 2, followed in sickness by Guinea Pig 1 "Devil's Experiment". The others don't come close to the eerieness of the first two.

I believe the Charlie Sheen story is an urban legend, but if you catch a glimpse of an overcopied tape you might just think its the real deal.

It's REALLY unnerving, the film raises so many mindfucking questions.. Its certainly not for everybody, mostly because it is so alien to the usual horror culture.

I recall a Fulci film (Zombi 2 I believe) where a zombie fights a shark - very creative!
