the red bucket is 3.5 gallons, i use it to house the airpump, this is new i have modified it slightly from the hawk tank. IT holds sterile air so that , when it pumps air through the lid it doesnt suck any contaminates in from the outside, i drilled very tight holes, and cut the power cord, and ran it along with the air line through it, it seems to work so far, i guess you could have a hole with part of a filter mask or something covering it to keep them out, i just chose to seal the whole thing up, when i want to open it i just pop the lid off, they run through the top in case i want to use the bucket later, i dont have to butcher it.

THose jars sure are colonized. Shit looks like it's been bleached white. What recipe are you using for your substrate?
