Long day at the gym in Central PA... opinions?

i believe i snatched a few types of gyms from the state forest near my house. I know the big boy is a junonius, and some are penetrans. theres a few junius there too. maybe even a luteus or two. any thoughts on these? all were saprotrophic, or growing from moss right next to some on a decaying log or stump. some were darker because i busted a few loose ones open, the patch isn't one id return to after losing my camera for over an hour and making 3 damn rounds scouring the ground for it. i can find a little orange-ish brown mushroom on a brownish green log, but a glossy black camera just eludes me. i found it, but that place was too scarce. only logged one solid gym patch, but its not a tiny one.


and what are these? the dark ones with the darker nipple could be sunlight-starved penetrans?

I see Boletus, Marasmius, Mycena, Inocybe, Gymnopus, and maybe Hypholoma - nothing active.

wow thats a downer. i spent a few hours and lost my camera and came home with a bolete that turns blue for the wrong reason, and nothing active whatsoever. why can i not get a break!?

Pretty much the wrong season for gyms in the NE.

Try again in the fall.
