lucid dreams
    #1446224 -

I wonder who else had lucid dreams.
I had them two times, I tell you it was even better than shroom trips.
We should find a drug that induces lucid dreaming! An-e-one know about it?

One of the reasons marijuana is illegal today because growers in the 30s lobbied against hemp farmers -- they saw it as competition, because It is not chemically addictive as is nicotine, alcohol, or caffeine.

KOPELANDIAA, that's exactly right. I experienced the same thing. Actually, I experienced about 6 or 7 SEPERATE lucid dreams in the same night, along with a few entranced states between sleep and awakening that consisted of very intricate purple and green brick wall patterns, ignited by some bright circular spiral of energy. There were strange spinning, geometric flower shaped patterns intertwined in this wall, and I can't for the life of me remember where exactly in my consciousness this happened.

I would definately agree salvia is an efficient tool when it comes to lucid dreaming, among many other things of course.

Stephen LaBarge, the father of lucid dreaming, was given a grant from NASA to produce a hallucinogen that would facilitate LD's.  After much research he came to the conclusion that it's all about practice and repetition.  Keeping a schedule and a dream log is your best bet.

I just went on the patch to quit smoking, it says on the box to remove before sleep if you get vivid dreams, so i'm like shit, i'll slap two of 'em on.  I didn't but i had quite an amazing dream this morning.  I was in a room full of people(in my dream) that were also dreaming and we had a long conversation about it.  Usually if you bring up dreaming the character will deny it or change the subject.  Bird's LD site is one of my favorites....keep reading up on it, it can change your life.

Have any of you ever heard of 'Dream Herb'? It's a powerful dream inducing entheogen. It invokes lucid dreams and makes them easy to recall...

http://www.erowid.org/plants/calea_zacatechichi/calea_zacatechichi.shtml

According to the Erowid vault, it's been PROVEN to induce Lucid Dreaming...

LOL, yes that's true Kopelandia from what I've read of others reports it is supposed to be vile! However, I'm not that frequent a dreamer and would do anything to increase the frequency of my dreams, even perhaps consume Calea...
Have you experienced Dream Herb Kope?
Can you post methods of consumption and results if you have and don't mind doing so?
Thanks!

The best way to have more lucid dreams is to slow down a little during the day. Most people use up all thier energy during the day by running around and doing things that aren't necessary. This makes it hard to remember or to even have dreams. If you cut out the crap and conserve some mental energy, it's much easier to have and maintain lucid dreams. That's my experience with it anyway, it could be different for every person out there.

I have noticed that since quitting marijuana, my dreams are extremely crisp and I always seem to remember at least one of them when I wake.

GAG--ACKKK! Stuff is the worst tasting stuff on the planet. Take the worst taste that you have ever experienced and make it 1000x worse. Ok, maybe I am exaggerating, but it really is awful stuff.

I am not much of a lucid dreamer, however calea (in gelcaps, can't drink the shit in a tea) helped make my dreams 'clearer' and more real. I could remember them better when I woke up. Being a restless sleeper, waking up many times every night, I would awaken during these dreams in quite a confused state. The dreams really seemed real when I was experiencing them.

There seems to be some synergy between calea and marijuana as well.
