Sounds on Webpages

On a friend's site, I noticed the following:
src="intro.wav" autostart=true loop=false volume=100 hidden=true>
src="intro.wav">

Its to play the sound file intro.wav, but don't the bgsound and embed tags do the same thing in different ways? Last time I checked, non-IE browsers would not support the bgsound tag. Still, the embed tag will open the song as a small media player ON the webpage. Aren't these two commands then redundant?

Webpages with sounds are fucking annoying. Please don't make any more of them.

maybe you can help me? there's this website, with a link, and i click the link, and a sound clip starts playing...nothing less nothing more...and i WANT this sound clip...

how do i get it

If it?s a html code, you view the source of the page a find the link (will be .wav or .mid or .mp3 file).

Then you can copy the link and paste it into a download manager. So you can download it.

I left a part out. There are 2 commands in it.
embed src="intro.wav" autostart=true loop=false volume=100 hidden=true>

bgsound src="intro.wav">
