Dont listen to those jackasses, its always a good idea to find an experienced person to go with for your first hunts. Cubies may not be hard to identify but why risk it when there are probably knowledgeable people in your area that would love to show off their expertice to a newbie. Read up on any info you can find in here and definately look for someone with experience to go hunting with. You might want to try posting in the gathering forum. Besides, cubies are not the only mushrooms you'll find, and it would be nice to be able to identify others as well. Good Luck.

Hey it might be his feild. The only thing illegal about what the dude wants to do is trespassing right?

trespass and obtain illegal drugs for later consumption. whoo hoo i said it. its not illegal to talk about, and the kid hasnt done it yet ne ways. hes talking about breaking the law, and the reason thats important to note is b/c if some guy unknown to him agrees online "ill go with you to your field" it could easily be an officer of tha law (or he could be one.) and, as i said, the only reason i mention this is so he will understand why people may not wanna volunteer to go with him.

yea its not against state laws (tho some say it is once the mushrooms are removed from the farm) but it Is against federal laws in every state. i happen to know an older guy from jacksonville that did time and community service when he got caught hunting in a swamp there

The possesion of freshly picked mushrooms are legal in Florida only if you can prove that you do not know they contain psilo, or have not yet identified them. However, cops know whats going on and will charge you with trespassing, and if they may or may not try to charge you for the shrooms.

blah blah blah.......r u a fucking lawyer?I seen it for myself.one little thing said can show guilt in court. In such a case they will go looking for ppl that might have overheard u say that very thing u r saying now. They will go for anything to get a charge like this to stick.Even saying that u want to speak to your lawyer can piss them off enough to take u on a ride.U might beat the charge but not the ride a cop told my friend when he got arrested. When u say on here "fresh mushies not illegal in FL." some dumb ass is bound to jump in a field ,get down the road get pulled over and piss the cop off by saying what they read.U r not talking from experience only what u have read.Be careful what u post here cause ppl usually skim through and take half the story to heart.
