Not a cultivated related question.

They are pretty much equal. There is like a vvvverrrry small difference, that you would not be able to tell. Since the stalks are meatier and larger, you get more from a stalk than you would from a cap.

the caps are pretty much worthless, so you should just send them to me . :grin:
