band of brothers

ok, so last night my cousin, a friend and myself had some mushroom tea. we fucked around mostly during the peak but when we started coming down we watched Band of Brothers.

its this world war two show that is pretty violent.

it was not very good. the whole fucking episode was about these guys freezing their asses off and getting shot. it wasnt even very realistic.

this one guy accidentaly shot himself in the leg with a luger, and it made his bones start coming out of his leg, then he bled to death about a minute later.

i dont know if its just because i was on mushrooms, but the scenes did NOT seem very well writen or acted. just a LOT of the same war stuff over and over and over.

Really?  I've watched all the episodes, and I think it's an excellent show...then again...you ARE from Edmonton...

Band of Brothers is nothing short of brilliant. It's a true story and they spent so much effort into the realism and authenticity of the film.

Not to mention its 10hrs long, and watching only 1 episode out of 10 is not going to allow you to appreciate this story. I'd recommend seeing the series in order and then making a judgement on it, because in my mind there is no war movie that compares to Band of Brothers

When ever i trip i always over analize tv shows, ill think this is really bad acting, or this story is kind of lackin.

Yes it's strange how mushrooms have that effect. Weed too but to a lesser degree.

I thought band of brothers surpassed it and just couldn't be topped.  I would be lying if I said I didn't feel let down by the pacific but that's only because BoB was that great.

if you do not agree with the exact way I think then :snub:
