Yup. Prez Bush gives the people a much-needed tax break to garner support, all the while knowing he will renege on it to fund the war to avenge daddy. At this point the public is too engrossed in the war to make any noise about a little $100,000,000,000 tax break. Hell, I LIKE working 60-80 hour weeks to pay for government fiduciary mismanagement and international adventuring.
