Strain skill vs. potency

Hey, this is my furby's first time growing and he wanted an opinion on which strain to use. He was thinking about B+ because of its reputation to be generally easy to grow. The only problem is that I heard that this strain's potency was weak. What would be another forgiving strain with decent potency that you could recomend for him? Thanks

The B+ that my friend grew where pretty potenet but he did it on bird seed I heard that Golden teacher is another easy one and I think potent
