Let's hear generally of what your ideas about sanity versus insanity consist.  I'm curious to know.

As for myself, I know quite a lot of people who I think are more sane than I am, in the sense that they are more emotionally healthy, less self-destructive, less neurotic, etc.  But then, I'm not privy to the entirety of those people's lives, so I can't say for sure.  Maybe we're all equally bat-shit.
