Orange.Boletus.Bertoli.

Orange Boletus Bertoli [yum! Good Luck lol]

In A large pan Add
1. Olive oil
2. Sweet Onions /sliced. cook till soft- clear- sweet? [black? Oops you went too far!]
3. Shallots/minced
4. Mild Peppers/Sliced
5. Sliced Orange Boletus [no-gills, not-red, no-green-injuries-no]
6. [White wine] I had no wine and was ++yummy anyway.

7. Garlic.
8. Carrots /Thin grated/ [Thin & Sweet? Beware making carrot pasta]
9. O.J... or Mandarins /sliced. ##[beware sliced oranges]##
. [the white stuff is overpoweringly bitter!?]
10. Pasta/al dente [al dente/ moms, pops, fresh++] 2/3rds cooked Pa`sta`
11. Add liquid as needed/whine.../water/Orange Juice
11. Cilantro/ minced
12. Tomato/sliced [for color]
13. Pepper/frshgrnd.
14. Sal/ [salt... sorry I live in the occupied territories, Yup ...]

That's right I just winged the ammounts. I guess at the taste ahead of time.
