I'm very happy with one I got for my Mom.
It's a photography of Tbilisi in 1911 which is where and when my Grandma was born. It's a picture of the whole city and it's so nice to know my Grandma is somewhere in there.

The most personal and special gift I got was for my grandmother. I got her this beautiful Norman Rockwell plate called "grandmother's love" that I picked up at a flea market. She LOVES goin to garage sales and flea markets, and she loves Norman rockwell... So when I saw this I knew right away that it was something she would absolutely cherish.

It was her favorite gift

This was the first X-mas we spent without my mom...she died of cancer some months ago.
It was kinda hard to have a sane mind to endure the whole thing but my sis and i,managed to get in the spirit...

-For my sis we gave her a funny bunny bag that you can heat up or freeze and use for pain, relieve muscles, etc. And a 20€ gift card for H&M

-For her daughter a Hello Kitty Shroom house that she ADORED!It came with table, bed and all the furniture! (i really felt i scored big on this one!) My niece loves me even more now if possible
-For their baby son we gave a fluffy bunny rattle and an outfit from Petit Patapon.

-My cousins (we're all around the same age and all girls)I made a bracelet to each. With beads, lil toys, buttons, several things i found.BUT each bracelet has a story: i wrote to each one a little story, and you have to follow the beads while you read the story to make sense!
And put it all inside a little bag i made out of organza fabric, with a ribbon to close it.They all loved it and i was soooo happy!

-One cousin, boy, cuz i knew he was going to London today for the New Years, i bought him a cool warm wool beanie and a matching scarf(?)lol,
(not scarf i dono the name in english of those wool long things for the neck...lol)

-My daddy got a cool pic of me and Matt,my son, in a frame he decorated himself with beads, noodles and anything he could glue on it!

-My BF got a cool scarf, fabric thingie,in grey, black and khaki colours, and a really cool jacket/hoody for the cold and off course chocolates!(And my unconditional love!)

-My kid got what he asked for santa(well not everything!lol)the Playmobil hydroplane,a Mecanno Helicopter,Lego from the World car racers, and socks.(he got more stuff from the family)

My girl and I made almost a gallon of vanilla extract with organic vanilla beans and Ketel One.  After sitting for six weeks, that shit smelled unbelievable.  We bottled it up for friends, and it turned out to be a really cool, fairly inexpensive (considering how pricey vanilla is), and well-received gift.

I got my fiance a badass food processor.  I'm more excited about her getting that than pretty much any of the shit I received this year.

My dad got a Notre Dame t-shirt

$$ for the brother

sister got a gift certificate and this fancy ayurvedic moisturizer she loves

the rest got gift certificates, and my grandfather got a picture of me in a frame being goofy in front of the xmas tree.

'tis the season!

I got my parents an 8-week enrollment in a yoga class.

Got my mom some new slippers and some good rooibos tea.

Got my sister an Armani sweater, some tie-dye socks and some moccasins (which she actually picked out for herself, heh).

I got my mom a book on the wonders of the world, dad a book on the internet, brother book on geology.

BTW yoga is gay, unless you have hot women in ur class.  Then it is better off to do naked.

As forest gump as it sounds the only thing that I was able to give this year were boxes of chocolates.
Yes kids it's true.
I plan on buying a blue spruce tree when I can/the time is right/I find a shovel/don't get caught stealing it/etc.....

I keed, I keed (about the whole shovel/stealing a tree thing)
I'm much too lazy to dig the fugger out myself.
I do however plan to hire a gang of drug addled mushroom people to do my bidding.:omgz:

What's funny is that there will probably be a hole in someones yard soon and they will come and get me and take sap prints off of my shoes. There will be twenty seven 8x10 color glossy photographs with a paragraph on the back of each one describing the scene of the crime.

Of course, I will have to plead not guilty so that I can stay in a cell where it's warm for as long as I can.

But cereally ORP, I gave chocolates and plan on buying a blue spruce tree for the one who will love it most.
I just can't figure out if it would look better in the kitchen or if I should just plant it in the hall where everyone can see it when they go potty.

PS Yoga, you should see my new kittay. :awesomenod:
A beautiful pure bred Siamese boy, sans grapes. Perhaps there is room in a thread for a pictures of kittay.
Right now he/she/it is having the time of it's life playing with one of those folding hamper thingy's that the cool kids take to colledgeedge and a piece of packing tape that came from origins unknown......

So, in summation; chocolates, a (soon to be) tree in the yard and about a billion hugs and telling people how much I love them and how special that they are in this weird world that spins and goes around a bright yellow nuclear thingy.

My woman knitted me a new hammer. She promises that I won't break my other hand with this one.
Can't wait to get back on the jobsite.
Show off my new stuff.
